TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms apply to the business use of baichencare.com, operated by Ningbo Baichen Medical Devices Co., Ltd. (“BAICHEN”, “we”, “our”). They do not replace a quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract, distribution agreement or other project-specific document.
01
Website scope
The website provides general information about BAICHEN’s electric wheelchair and mobility scooter manufacturing, OEM/ODM capabilities and B2B sourcing workflow. It is intended for business evaluation and inquiry purposes.
Website content by itself is not a binding product offer, order acceptance or promise to supply a particular model, configuration, document, quantity or schedule.
02
Inquiries and quotations
Submitting the sourcing form asks BAICHEN to review the stated requirements. The website confirmation page only confirms that the form was received for review; it does not accept a purchase order or create a sales contract.
Any quotation, pro forma invoice or proposed agreement may state its own validity period, acceptance process and project conditions. The applicable written document determines whether and when a commercial commitment is formed.
03
Product and documentation information
Product descriptions, images and comparison content are provided to support initial sourcing review. An image may show an optional configuration, and a regulatory or technical record applies only to the product, model, market and document scope stated with it.
Before ordering, the buyer should confirm the selected model, configuration, specification, labeling, packaging and applicable documentation in writing. Project-specific written specifications take priority over general website content for that project.
04
Commercial orders
The website does not publish a universal price, minimum order quantity, production schedule, loading quantity, payment term or warranty. Where relevant, the applicable commercial documents should identify:
PRODUCTModel, configuration and specification
QUANTITYSample and production quantities
COMMERCIALPrice, currency and payment terms
DELIVERYIncoterm, named place and schedule
QUALITYInspection and acceptance requirements
SUPPORTWarranty, spare parts and after-sales scope
05
OEM/ODM and intellectual property
A buyer submitting a brand name, artwork, packaging design or other material must have authority to provide and use it. Ownership, permitted use and return of buyer materials, BAICHEN platforms, tooling, industrial designs and jointly developed work should be defined in the applicable written agreement.
Website text, graphics, layout and other materials may be used for ordinary supplier evaluation. They must not be republished, misrepresented or commercially exploited without the permission required by applicable intellectual property rights.
06
Target-market responsibilities
Website content is not a substitute for legal, customs, regulatory or product-registration advice. Requirements can depend on the selected product, label, economic operator, destination market and sales channel.
The buyer should identify its target-market requirements before ordering. The parties’ responsibilities for documentation, registration, labeling, import, distribution and post-market obligations must be confirmed in the applicable written agreement.
07
Acceptable website use
Do not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or business, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use the website in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
Links to third-party websites, when present, are provided for reference. Third-party sites operate under their own content, availability, privacy and terms.
08
Liability, governing law and updates
Liability for website use remains subject to applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Commercial warranties, remedies, indemnities, governing law and dispute resolution are not created by this website page; they must be stated in the applicable written commercial document. BAICHEN may update these website terms when the site or inquiry workflow changes, with the revised date shown on this page.
Information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
